Your Fully Managed Service includes the following;

• Collection of rent & providing monthly statements
• Property inspections with written report (3 per year)
• Dealing with maintenance throughout the tenancy using our new Fix Flo software
• Set up standing orders
• Transfer of utility suppliers
• Hold a sinking fund & make payments
• Discuss renewal / termination before the end of the tenancy
• Hold a set of keys
• Complete end of tenancy arrangements and deposit return
